a. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please e-mail Itahdnura Kollection your order number and complaint describing the product condition within 24 hours of delivery at email@example.com or call Itahdnura Kollection customer service to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded by Itahdnura Kollection.
b. If Itahdnura Kollection authorizes a return of the product, Itahdnura Kollection will e-mail you the postal address and instructions for sending the returned product to Itahdnura Kollection, who have the right to receive the damaged or defective product. Damaged/defective product must be returned securely packaged and wrapped. Itahdnura Kollection will not be responsible for the delivery cost of your returned product.
c. After receiving the product, we will examine and test the defective product in accordance to your complaint. If the defect you described is found valid, we will deliver you a replacement. However, if Itahdnura Kollection is not able to provide a replacement of the returned product for any reason, Itahdnura Kollection will refund you within 10 working days from the date of approval.
d. The authority to approve refunds/ returns rests solely with Itahdnura Kollection.
